Renri

Yee Sang is a dish consisting of thinly sliced pickled vegetables, crackers and its festive sweet-sour sauce. Yee Sang is tossed and eaten on Renri and throughout Chinese New Year for prosperity, good luck and health. Renri is considered everyone’s birthday according to Chinese folklore.
