What is the condition of your books?

We grade our books according to the following guidelines:

Fine/Like New (F)

Book may have been read. Looks new and has no defects. May show remainder marks. Used textbooks do not come with supplemental materials.

Near Fine (NF)

Clean, with no defects, but may show slight wear at edges of book or dust jacket. Used textbooks do not come with supplemental materials.

Very Good (VG)

Shows signs of wear. May have minor defects: clipped or chipped dust jacket; owner’s inscription; remainder mark; minor foxing or bumping. Used textbooks do not come with supplemental materials.

Good (G)

Average used book with all pages present. May have any of the defects above to a greater degree, including highlighting, library markings, or loose bindings. Rare and collectible books may have cocked spine, cracked hinges, water stains; torn or repaired dust jacket. Used textbooks do not come with supplemental materials.

Fair (FR)

May be very worn, soiled, torn, or barely holding together. Used activity books do not come with supplemental materials.

Acceptable (A)

May have extensive damage from moisture or insects; detached boards; parts may be missing; marginally sealable unless very unusual. Used textbooks do not come with supplemental materials.

 

All books with condition as above are secondhand – most have been read by the previous owner – and will show signs of wear and use

What kind of shipping provider do you provide?

We ship our product using SendParcel by Pos Laju. We will ship for orders that weigh up to 3kg. For orders above 3kg, kindly contact us to get a quote on postage.

What are the payment methods you offer?

We are using payment gateway iPay88 which accepts payment via credit cards, debit cards, online transfer (FPX*) from major banks, and also e-wallets i.e. Boost, Touch n Go and GrabPay.

We understand that sometimes, you need to consider your purchase decision. However, we sell limited products that are available at any given time. 

If you do not pay for your order in 12 hours after checking out, we assume that you have changed your mind and your order will be cancelled and the product will be put back to stock.

 All purchases made are first come first serve basis. If another buyer has already purchased the product in your cart that is unpaid for, the product will be sold to that customer without prior notice.

What is your returns and refund policy?

If the product you received is damaged, an incorrect item or you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service by +6019 419 3636 (Whatsapp) . We will be happy to help resolve any issues you may have with your order during business hours only. 

If you wish to return a product to us, please contact us within 3 business days from the delivered date of the product. 

Items returned as a result of an error on our part will receive a full refund. Items returned to us that were not the result of an error on our part, including items returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, will be refunded the original item price excluding any shipping cost. Once we receive your return, we will promptly issue a refund to the account with which you placed the order

All items will be inspected upon return, we ask that you please make sure the products are packed carefully to avoid any damage in transit. 

**We will not accept a request for return and refund if the product(s) sent is as per your order.
