Will I be charged for sending and sharing ecards?

FaveKad offers free subscription and paid subscriptions to the users. The types of subscription are shown in the table below:

I am a paid subscriber but I can’t find an ecard I like?

FaveKad has near to 1,000 ecards for your to pick. FaveKad also constantly expands its collection of ecards to suit the preference of the users.

How do I delete my account?

You can go to ACCOUNT - Account Setting and Delete Account.

Can I sign in using my Facebook account?

Yes, you can sign in by either using your email address or Facebook account.

Can I have different messages on the ecard for different recipients?

Yes. When preparing to send your ecard, you have the following options for the messages on your FaveKad ecards. Generic messages for bulk sending of FaveKad ecards to your recipients. For bulk sending you can send to 10 recipients at any one time. Customised messages can be sent separately to the recipients using the same ecard.

Individual subscribers can have access to all categories of ecards during the subscription period irrespective of the number of ecards that they send. Therefore, there is not additional cost to the subscriber if they send the ecard to many different recipients.

What does it mean by FaveKad’s email informing that the ecard I sent has been opened and read?

When the recipient whom you sent your Favekad ecard to, opens your ecard for the first time, you will receive an email from FaveKad informing you that your ecard to your recipient has been opened and read. If the recipient opens your FaveKad ecard multiple times, or if the recipient forwards the FaveKad ecard to others, who open it, you will not receive additional emails informing you that the FaveKad ecard that you sent has been opened and read.

Can I change or cancel an ecard which I have scheduled to send?

You can cancel an ecard which you have scheduled to send. However, you can’t change the ecard that you have scheduled to send. More details to come.

How can I cancel a pre-scheduled ecard?

Go to FaveKad and Stamp, click FaveKad Scheduled, pick the FaveKad that you want to cancel and click the ‘Cancel’ button. More details to come.

How long does it take to deliver my ecard?

The ecard that you sent by pressing the ‘Send’ button will be delivered immediately. The ecard that you scheduled to send will be sent out at midnight on the scheduled date. However, subject to the speed of the internet and the number of ecards in the queue to be sent out, it might take a few seconds or minutes depending on the position of your ecard in the queue.

Can I arrange to share my ecard on Facebook on a later date?

Yes, you can schedule to share your ecards on a later date. More details to come.

How can I tell if the FaveKad’s email is really from FaveKad?

FaveKad’s emails have the following sender:

How do I send my ecards on different dates?

FaveKad’s system allows you to schedule your FaveKad ecards to be sent out or to be shared according to different time zones. After selecting your FaveKad ecards and writing your messages, you have the option of either sending / sharing your ecard immediately or scheduling the ecard to be sent out or shared at your preferred date and time.

FaveKad offers to bulk-send for corporate account subscribers within their eligibility conditions.

Can I blast my ecards out on one particular date?

Yes, you can. You can send your FaveKad ecards to 10 recipients each time you blast out your email.

For Corporate account holders, FaveKad offers to bulk-send your ecards for you, within your eligibility conditions. More details to come.

Can I resend the same ecard to another recipient?

Yes, you can send the same ecard to another recipient if you have a generic message. Otherwise, click the ‘Edit’ button to rewrite your message.

Is there any difference in the types of ecards and services provided in the Mobile Apps vis-a-vis the Website?

All the ecards and services provided in the Mobile Apps are the same as the ones in the Website.

Is the reminder service free?

Yes. Reminders are free service from FaveKad for our users. You will receive notifications from Favekad’s calendar of events when you sign in. Reminder emails will also be sent to you before the expiration of your paid subscription. More details to come.

Can I add and edit events in the calendar?

Yes, you can add and edit events in the calendar. More details to come.

Can I import my calendar from my other devices to incorporate all my events?

Yes, you can import your calendar from your other devices by clicking the ‘Import’ button in Calendar Management. More details to come.

Can I export my FaveKad calendar of events to another device?

Yes, you can export your FaveKad calendar of events to another device by clicking the ‘Export’ button in Calendar Management. More details to come.

How do I add an event or a holiday?

Go to MY EVENTS, and Add Event by keying in the name of the event, its description and the date. More details to come.

Can I delete the events in FaveKad’s default calendar?

Yes. You can delete the events by going to MY EVENTS, search for the event(s), check the event(s) you want to delete and click ‘Bulk Delete’. More details to come.

What is the Address Book?

The Address Book is the database you have added or imported into your account to enable you to quickly send a greeting to one or more persons. The Address Book stores names, email addresses and birthdays. More details to come.

How do I add people to my Address Book?

To add people to your Address Book, go to MY ADDRESS BOOK and add contact. More details to come.

How to upload a .csv file??

To upload a .csv file, you need to :
a) Download the .csv template. The file has a .csv extension
b) Open the .csv file with a spreadsheet. Example, excel spreadsheet.
c) Key in the column headers in the spreadsheet. The column headers are
i. Email display name (required)
ii. Email address (required)
iii. Birthday (YYYY-MM-DD) (optional)
d) Save the file. When saving the file, select CSV in the File type box
e) Upload the modified CSV file onto FaveKad.
f) Submit.

How do I send an ecard from My Favourites?

Go to FaveKad and Stamps, click My Favourites, select the ecard you want to send and proceed with the usual send FaveKad procedure.

How long do the ecards stay in My Favourites?

Your Favourites will remain until you delete them or when your subscription expires. In the event the ecard or stamp is removed from FaveKad’s site, the ecard or stamp will be removed from your Favourites.

How do I add an ecard or stamp to My Favourites?

Go to FaveKad, pick the ecard of your choice and Add to Favourites. Go to Stamp, pick the stamp of your choice and Add to Favourites.

How long do ecards stay in my FaveKad Received?

You must be a subscriber before you can have access to FaveKad Received. Your ecards received will be stored for as long your account is active.

What are the system requirements for FaveKad ecards?

How can I incorporate my company logo in the ecard?

Your can incorporate your company logo in the ecards if you sign up with us under the corporate account. Your logo and tagline (if the tagline goes together with the logo) will appear on FaveKad ecards that you send to your recipients so that they can identify that the ecards have been sent by your company. You can include your message in the message section of the ecard and your recipients can just flip the card over and read your message. What logo file types do you accept?
