Baby's Full Moon

It is customary for Chinese to hold a ceremony to celebrate the baby's full month of life when he / she turns one-month old. Called the ‘full moon', the day coincides with the end of the mother's confinement period. Traditionally, the baby had to go through several rituals before he / she was introduced to relatives and friends for the first time.
