Bario Highland

Bario lies at an altitude of 3,500 feet above sea level in the north-eastern corner of Sarawak. It is a Kelabit territory. It is also called the 'land of a hundred handshakes because the people there are very friendly. Bario is also famous for its rice and pineapple.
