What does xoxo mean? Some people sign off birthday cards, letters and especially valentine’s day cards with it. The “X” means kisses as in the lips being in a kissing position while “O” mean hugs. Like arms hugging each other seen from above. Fill this special day with lots of hugs and kisses from family to friends, colleagues, husband and wives, lovers, siblings, children and parents.
