Clergy Appreciation Day
Clergy Appreciation Day is also known as Pastor Appreciation Day. It is an annual observance, which falls on the second Sunday of October. The Clergy Appreciation Day occurs during the Clergy Appreciation Month and is celebrated mainly in the U.S. to appreciate the contributions of priests, pastors, reverends and ministers. Clergy Appreciation Day started with the establishment of Clergy Appreciation Month in 1992. Eventually Clergy Appreciation Day was established out of this month. People celebrate this day by praying for their clergy; thanking them in person or by sending a note, card or email, or invite them over for a meal. Send a Clergy Appreciation Day FaveKad to your pastor, priest, reverend or minister on Clergy Appreciation Day.
