Malaysian student wins Cambridge awards in Math

We deal with numbers everyday. Therefore, we can’t do anything without mathematics. However, not everyone excels in math. Andrew Nge Jing Shuen, a Malaysian student has recently placed Malaysia in the global mathematics spotlight by winning the prestigious Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards. The Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards comprise a group of awards issued by Cambridge Assessment International Education who recognise exceptional learner achievement in Cambridge examinations around the world. Andrew gained the highest standard mark in the world for International General Certificate of Education (IGCSE) for Mathematics and Additional Mathematics for the November 2018 examinations, thus earning the title ‘Top of the World’ award.
